  • Assist clients with personal care tasks including hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and grooming, ensuring adherence to their individual care plans.

  • Remind clients to take their prescribed medications at the appropriate times, without administering them directly.

  • Accompany clients to medical appointments and social events as required.

Qualifications:
