- Submit accurate and complete daily progress notes.
- Maintain annual 24-hour training requirements.
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.

- Valid driver's license and existing insurance required.
- Ability to complete background checks and drive individuals in personal vehicles.
