Job Title: Office Manager

Anglin Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to fill the role of Office Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinic and ensuring that our company vision and mission are at the forefront.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Manage office supplies, treatment material inventory, and maintain inventory lists.
  • Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
  • Receive and sort incoming/outgoing mail, fax, and deliveries.
  • Guide staff in adhering to company policy and procedure, ensuring that all policies are implemented in line with the company vision.
  • Assist with office layout planning, office moves, and IT infrastructure management.
  • Maintain staff schedules, coordinate parent and clinician schedules, and monitor daily scheduling.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, medical healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in an administrative management role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to verbally and receptively express or exchange ideas.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week, with reliable transportation.

  • Must pass background check
