Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team with a HEART A position for a Law Firm Office Manager is now available at our rapidly expanding personal injury law firm in the lively city of Sugar Land, TX. Compensation:

$72,000

Responsibilities:
  • Carry out other human resources tasks and office administration duties when necessary
  • Liaise with customers, service providers, vendors, and contractors, acting as the main line of communication
  • Facilitate office policies and procedures, ensuring they meet our organization’s standards
  • Streamline office systems including organizing filing systems, ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, scheduling team member meetings, and optimizing the organizational budget
  • Oversee our day-to-day operations, manage administrative assistants, and perform secretarial duties
Qualifications:
  • Over 2 years of prior management experience or similar work experience in an office environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems
  • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
  • Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills

  • 5+ years of law firm management experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems
