Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and estimate projects related to earthwork and utilities, including excavation, site development, grading, milling, paving, gravel/limestone mining, and hot mix asphalt production.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Prepare and present project estimates, proposals, and reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in excavation and grading, with a focus on the heavy highway and site development industry.
  • Associates or bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or survey technology.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, heavy bid software, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid Class D driver's license.
