Job Description
As a Patient Care Specialist at Bethesda Health, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support services in our long-term care facility. Your duties will include:
  • Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the charge nurse
  • Documenting patient information accurately and efficiently
  • Providing emotional support and comfort to patients and their families

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • An active Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of employment
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain within six months of employment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
