About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacist Specialist to join our multidisciplinary medical team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to directly impact patient care and advance your clinical experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients' health conditions and medication profiles to provide optimal care
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Contribute to performance improvement, clinical effectiveness, and drug use evaluation initiatives

Requirements

  • Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
  • PGY1 residency experience required; PGY2 in oncology/ambulatory experience preferred
  • Licenses & Certifications: Medication Therapy Srvcs in MORPh
