Maintenance Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Randstad. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of all machinery and equipment in our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. Your primary goal will be to maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant production environment, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Key Responsibilities
Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on production equipment, HVAC systems, and utilities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
Collaborate with the production and quality teams to ensure equipment is operating in compliance with GMP and safety standards.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, including repair logs and preventive maintenance schedules.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and ensure minimal production downtime.
Follow all safety protocols and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Familiarity with GMP and safety regulations.
