Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Rechler Equity Partners. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing daily building maintenance tasks to ensure our residential apartment community remains in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues
  • Respond to work order requests and perform repairs in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain the facility's appearance and safety standards
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Ability to work rotating weekend shifts and after-hours on-call service
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Physical ability to lift and move equipment and materials
