Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team in [Location]. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging with top talent in the life sciences industry. Your role will involve:

  • Building relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Identifying and sourcing high-quality candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to determine the best fit for our clients' roles.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including unlimited paid annual leave, flexible working hours, and a comprehensive training program. We also offer uncapped commission structures for sales teams and annual summer incentive trips for all staff.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the life sciences industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
