Compensation: $20.50 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1st shift, starting at 4:00 AM with flexibility required.

The Inventory Control Associate is tasked with ensuring precise inventory reporting through regular cycle counts and quality control checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret work orders and follow verbal instructions for task assignments
- Generate inventory reports, manage slotting of items, and maintain appropriate minimum and maximum stock levels based on product type and demand
- Conduct physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and assist with inventory discrepancies and audits
- Review reports to identify incoming products for the facility
- Support operations with quality control issues, including managing out-of-date products and adjusting stock levels as necessary
- Prepare products for distribution based on specific reporting requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, including GMP standards
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a warehouse setting with inventory management preferred
- Familiarity with Infor software is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English, including numerical identification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and effective time management
- Independent problem-solving abilities
