The Inventory Control Associate is tasked with ensuring precise inventory reporting through regular cycle counts and quality control checks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret work orders and follow verbal instructions for task assignments
  • Generate inventory reports, manage slotting of items, and maintain appropriate minimum and maximum stock levels based on product type and demand
  • Conduct physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and assist with inventory discrepancies and audits
  • Review reports to identify incoming products for the facility
  • Support operations with quality control issues, including managing out-of-date products and adjusting stock levels as necessary
  • Prepare products for distribution based on specific reporting requirements
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, including GMP standards

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a warehouse setting with inventory management preferred
  • Familiarity with Infor software is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend English, including numerical identification
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and effective time management
  • Independent problem-solving abilities
