Role Overview

Blue Origin is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Space Operations Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Lunar Permanence business unit, you will be responsible for coordinating program operations, managing team execution, and ensuring the development and execution of program plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support program operations reporting, focusing on the performance of execution financial, organizational planning, staffing, tasking, and risk assessments.
  • Work with Supply Chain to coordinate Partner activities and support.
  • Support proposal efforts and business-case development for follow-on work.
  • Coordinate with the Data Analytics team to develop, gather, and maintain program metrics in support of Rhythm of Business (ROB) reporting.
Qualifications
  • Passion for Blue Origin's mission: Millions of people living and working in space.
  • B.S./B.A. degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management with complex technical systems.
  • Experience in establishing business and product development processes.
  • Experience in conducting/supporting process improvement initiatives.
