Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support the fiscal and administrative management of our department. The successful candidate will work closely with the Assistant to the Vice Provost to reconcile expenses and budget allocation, ensuring compliance with departmental and university policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process all payments for vendors in SAP and initiate office purchases and vendor payments.
  • Review and approve travel-related expenses for a staff of 30+ travelers.
  • Coordinate the submittal of payment for 3 procurement cards and 28 Executive travel cards.
  • Process Cash Journals to resolve budget discrepancies.
  • Provide administrative support to the Dean and directors as needed.
  • Perform HR-related duties, including handling sensitive and confidential matters.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or graduation equivalent.
  • Three years of related experience.
  • Additional education may substitute for required experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Three or more years of related work experience working with a higher-level executive.
