Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups, to promote effective communication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' educational goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and services provided.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on speech and language development.
- Stay current with best practices and developments in the field of speech-language pathology.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
