Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs, ensuring effective communication and academic success.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices and adapting to students' unique needs.
  • Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills in the classroom and at home, promoting a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Stay current with best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Indiana state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
