Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

Location: Hebron, Indiana

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Hebron, Indiana. The Speech-Language Pathologist will be responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with communication disorders, collaborating with educators and families, and supporting student success in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
• Monitor and document student progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills in the classroom and at home.
• Stay current with best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Indiana state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
