Job Title: Pediatrician

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatrician to join our team at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center. As a Pediatrician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to infants, children, and adolescents. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide routine check-ups, vaccinations, and health screenings for infants, children, and adolescents.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions affecting children.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management and referrals to specialists when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices in pediatric care.
Requirements:
  • Board certification in Pediatrics (ABP) or eligibility for certification within 5 years.
  • Current Vermont medical license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
