We are seeking a board-certified pediatrician to join our team at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center, a member hospital of Dartmouth Health. As a pediatrician at our busy practice, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of engaged providers who are invested in teamwork and optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical and administrative services to ensure timely care of patients.
- Abide by the Dartmouth Health Bylaws for the Professional Staff and Code of Conduct.
- Review patient records and medical history to determine appropriate diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Determine and order screening and diagnostic tests and studies.
- Prescribe medications, treatments, and medical devices within specialty scope of practice.
- Initiate referrals to other providers as necessary.
- Provide consultation, education, and counseling regarding the management of acute and chronic illnesses and injuries.
We are looking for a pediatrician who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and is committed to teamwork and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a Vermont medical license and be eligible for ABMS board certification.
