Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon entering the parking location, answering any questions they may have regarding parking.
- Collect and record parking revenue, both cash and credit card sales.
- Report and document any irregular transactions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to our company's standards.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic technical education.
- Customer service experience is highly recommended.
- Strong command of the English language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and expertise in customer service.
- Superior organizational and time management skills.
- Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
