Position: Commercial Cleaner | Full-Time Day Shift | 7am - 3pm


Office Pride has been a trusted provider of cleaning services for commercial establishments for over 26 years. As a commercial cleaner, you will be instrumental in our success and customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch cleaning services consistently.


Compensation Package

  • $15.00 per hour, with weekly payments

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow the customized cleaning checklist provided by clients to ensure all tasks meet established standards.
  • Typical duties include:
  1. Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and/or scrubbing floors using appropriate tools.
  2. Cleaning and sanitizing sinks, countertops, floors, toilets, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, etc., in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen areas.
  3. Restocking supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchens, as well as disposing of trash and recyclables.
  4. Wiping down walls, woodwork, doors, and baseboards.
Arrive at the client’s location on time, perform services to the set standards, and ensure the facility is secured upon completion.Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures related to task performance, product usage, and incident reporting.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness at each customer site, with special consideration for specific requests.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor, capable of interacting with clients on-site during cleaning operations.
  • Self-motivated, able to identify necessary tasks and execute them independently.
  • Strong reasoning skills, with the ability to address practical challenges effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience in a service-oriented role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A background check is required, and a clean record is essential.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and office personnel.
  • Physical requirements include walking, standing, climbing, bending, kneeling, pushing and pulling objects, lifting and moving items (including a 20 lb. vacuum), and repetitive motions.
  • Candidates must be able to identify and address cleaning needs, including dust, dirt, and debris, to uphold our cleanliness standards.
  • Must be able to navigate between various locations efficiently to ensure timely task completion.
  • Ability to convey information clearly to groups through verbal or other accessible communication methods.
  • Uniforms are required during work hours.
