Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare event spaces by arranging tables and chairs according to the specifications outlined in the Banquet Event Order (BEO).
  • Welcome and assist guests with a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Serve food and beverages, both plated and buffet style, while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.
  • Promptly address guest inquiries and proactively anticipate their needs.
  • Keep the event area tidy and organized throughout the duration of the event.
  • Perform closing tasks, including clearing tables, dismantling event setups, and properly storing equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with the culinary and planning teams to ensure flawless event execution.
  • Work alongside fellow service staff to deliver efficient and attentive service.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar service role preferred.
  • Education: Relevant work history; TABC and Food Handlers certification required in Texas.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and stand or walk for extended periods (8-12 hours).
  • Other Requirements: Must pass a background check and possess a valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
