About the Role

The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our stores. This dynamic leader prioritizes teammate development, coaching, and wellbeing while staying focused on financial metrics, store performance, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring seamless execution of brand standards and customer service expectations.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to develop and implement short-term and long-term operational plans, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Recruit and develop a strong, inclusive, and diverse team, fostering a positive store environment and promoting community engagement.
  • Hold team members accountable for meeting operational guidelines, brand standards, and customer service expectations.
  • Drive shrink results through compliance with safety, loss prevention, and cash-handling procedures.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of retail management experience (or customer-focused experience)
