Aerotek is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at our corporate office in Tempe, AZ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triages incoming calls regarding new and existing workers' compensation claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Intakes new claims, serving as a liaison between employees and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).
- Coordinates referrals to treatment facilities and arranges transportation as needed.
- Assists with post-accident drug testing and facilitates the return-to-work process.
- Supports adjusters in investigating claims by gathering and forwarding necessary information.
- Enters claim data into various claims management systems.
- Provides exceptional customer service to clients, contractors, field office representatives, claims adjusters, attorneys, and physicians.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum one (1) year customer service experience required.
- Prior insurance experience in claims and/or call center experience preferred.
- Ability to operate a computer keyboard with accuracy and speed.
- Experience with using multiple software and platforms.
- Ability to work under stringent deadlines and prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
