Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team at BSA Hospital in Amarillo, TX. As a COTA, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality occupational therapy services, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supervising assigned staff members.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver occupational therapy services to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of interventions.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans, promoting patient-centered care and outcomes.
  • Supervise assigned staff members, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • COTA licensure in Texas
  • CPR certification from AHA or ARC
  • EMR EPIC documentation experience
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
