Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the coordination of LEED and WELL site certifications, ensuring ongoing compliance and maintenance.
  • Formulate strategies to achieve sustainability points, building on our existing LEED and WELL Silver certifications.
  • Lead the development and implementation of our Environmental Management System (EMS), collaborating with cross-functional teams and external consultants.
  • Design and execute a sustainable food and waste management program in partnership with site operations.
  • Manage the reporting and tracking of site utility data for greenhouse gas inventory purposes.
  • Assess and monitor indoor air quality (IAQ) across various sites, developing an employee engagement strategy focused on IAQ improvement.
  • Coordinate Earth Week activities, fostering employee engagement through virtual and onsite events.
  • Apply relevant sustainability standards and frameworks (e.g., SASB, GRI, SDGs) to enhance our workplace environmental initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operational sustainability, including familiarity with LEED/WELL standards, sustainable food practices, and renewable energy sources.
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience in stakeholder engagement.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information from diverse stakeholders.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sustainability-related roles.
