Job Summary:

As a key member of the Providence Sales and Service team, the Account Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare locations and employers within a defined geographic area. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent Providence as the single point of contact for healthcare locations and employers within the defined geographic area.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the sales and service team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of additional experience.
  • 3 years of experience in healthcare customer service with field service experience focus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
