District Director of Fire Code Compliance Services

At DH Pace Company, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Director of Fire Code Compliance Services to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing leadership and expertise in fire code compliance services to our customers in the state of Colorado.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and guidance to operating divisions on fire code compliance matters
- Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations
- Develop and implement compliance programs to promote fire safety and prevent code-related issues
- Collaborate with local sales staff to market compliance services to potential customers
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes
- Consult with customers on code-related issues and provide solutions
- Perform inspections and field labeling as needed
- Provide training on technical door products, inspections, and fire and life safety codes
- Act as a resource for employees on product knowledge and code application
- Deliver presentations on inspection programs to customers, associations, and code officials
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience preferred
- Experience reading, interpreting, and applying commercial building codes and standards is a plus
- Commercial door, frame, and hardware experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and mentorship skills
- Possess or be willing to acquire certificates/licenses in fire door assembly inspection and door and hardware industry association
