Job Title: District Director of Fire Code Compliance Services

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Fire Code Compliance Services team in the state of Colorado. As a District Director, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to ensure the successful implementation of our compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to operating divisions on code-related matters
  • Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote compliance services to potential customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and regulation changes
  • Consult with customers on code-related issues and provide product solutions
  • Perform inspections and field labeling as required
  • Provide training to employees on technical door products, inspections, and fire and life safety codes
  • Act as a resource for employees on product knowledge and code application
  • Deliver presentations to customers, associations, and code officials on inspection programs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience preferred
  • Experience reading, interpreting, and applying commercial building codes and standards is a plus
  • Commercial door, frame, and hardware experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and mentorship skills
  • Possess or be willing to acquire (company-paid) certificates/licenses in CFDAI and DHIA
