**Estimated Salary:** $40,000 - $60,000 per year.

In this role, you will work closely with patients and their families to develop and implement personalized care plans that promote independence, dignity, and quality of life. You will also be responsible for providing direct patient care, including bathing, feeding, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs).

Key Responsibilities• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, feeding, and ADLs
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Utilize electronic medical record systems to document patient information accurately

Requirements• CNA license in the state of North Carolina
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move patients safely using proper body mechanics
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems for documentation
• CPR certification
• TB skin test
• Reliable transportation
• Pass a criminal background check
