Job Description

Your role will involve providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, including those with chronic illnesses, disabilities, and complex medical conditions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Experience in home health care or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
