Job Title: eCommerce Operations Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our ecommerce systems, integrating new technologies, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integration and Operations: Develop and maintain integrations between Shopify, Boomi, NetSuite, and Salesforce, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal system performance.
- Policy Enforcement and Improvement: Enforce and improve ecommerce operations policies, including change management, user governance, data access control, and incident management, to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
- Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, collect requirements, and collaborate with overseas developers to continuously improve our ecommerce systems.
- System Monitoring and Risk Management: Monitor the health status of our ecommerce systems and email marketing campaigns through analytics and key metrics, identifying and addressing potential risks that impact live operations.
- On-Call Support: Provide on-call support for emergency operation issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to our ecommerce operations.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: Ten (10+) years of experience in system engineering and integration, with five (5+) years of experience in project management in system integration.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, solid understanding of cybersecurity, and proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and Jira.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Management.
- Experience with Accessible Rich Internet Applications (ARIA).
