Role Responsibilities

As a Loan Processing Specialist, you will ensure that all loan documentation complies with established policies and regulations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate documentation, records, and logs for liens and out-of-state titles.
  • Processing requests for loan payoffs and lien releases.
  • Assisting in the auditing of loan documentation.
  • Handling pay-by-phone payment postings.
  • Managing general office tasks and responding to job-related inquiries.
  • Serving as a backup receptionist when necessary.
  • Performing additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of office experience, preferably in a financial setting.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
