About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Direct Support Staff (DSS) PRN to provide support and assistance to individuals with special needs in our community-based homes. As a DSS PRN, you will work under the guidance of the Home Coordinator to deliver high-quality services and promote independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on support with daily living tasks, including personal care and household responsibilities.
  • Transport consumers to appointments, work, and activities via facility vehicle.
  • Assist with meal planning and preparation, ensuring dietary needs are met.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Texas Driver's License and insurable by Texana Center insurance carrier.
  • Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting, pushing, and bending.
Compensation:

$15.00 per hour.
