Veterinary Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Veterinary Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our veterinary clinics, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of veterinary clinic assistants, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Develop and implement processes to improve clinic efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the office leadership team to drive business growth, develop new initiatives, and improve operational performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring accurate tracking and maintenance of records.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with pet parents, partners, and team members, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying knowledge to improve clinic operations and customer experience.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service and leadership experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and team collaboration.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently, safely, and successfully, meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance, consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
