About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our team at Banfield Pet Hospital. As a Practice Manager, you will play a vital role in the hospital's operations, working closely with the medical team to deliver exceptional patient care and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring seamless delivery of veterinary care and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate a team of associates, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with field leaders, medical leaders, and corporate headquarters to ensure alignment and support for hospital operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Banfield's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Three years of related experience in healthcare, veterinary medicine, or a related field, including direct supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve, manage conflict, and lead by example.
