Key Responsibilities


Enhance the operational frameworks, processes, and policies that align with the organization's mission, particularly focusing on reporting, information management, and organizational planning.

Foster and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of communication between support and operational functions.
Take a pivotal role in long-term strategic planning, particularly initiatives aimed at achieving operational excellence.
Contribute to both short-term and long-term organizational strategy as an integral member of the management team.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Operational Management within the distribution sector.
Strong background in Finance with relevant work experience.
Proficient in computer applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proven leadership abilities and vision in managing teams and significant projects.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative management approach.
Experience in budget development and oversight.
A demonstrated commitment to high ethical standards and fostering a diverse workplace.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, community-oriented environment.
Capable of analyzing situations from multiple perspectives.
Effectively delegate responsibilities.

Physical and Mental Requirements

Attendance – Ability to maintain scheduled hours, including on-site presence as required.
Physical Capacity – Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, with extended periods of sitting and standing, as well as kneeling, squatting, climbing, and walking.

Operation of Office Equipment – Proficient in using common office equipment, including computers and copiers.

Communication Skills – Proficient in oral communication, clarity of speech, and recognition.
Written Communication Skills – Strong writing, reading comprehension, and expression.

Mental Capacities – Achievement orientation, active listening, adaptability, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
