Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing store displays, managing inventory, and driving sales through effective merchandising strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visually appealing store displays that drive sales and enhance the customer experience
  • Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining merchandise
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure store standards are met and exceeded
  • Partner with sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales
  • Conduct daily and weekly visual and operations evaluations to identify areas for improvement
  • Support the leadership team in talent recruitment, performance management, and other business functions
Requirements
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and merchandising principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
