Facilities Management Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team at Kensington Senior Living, LLC. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable living environment for our residents.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will assist the Director of Environmental Services in overseeing maintenance staff and ensuring that all aspects of facility management are handled efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in similar roles, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities- Assist with monitoring and adjusting staffing levels, cleaning schedules, and supply inventories to ensure efficient operations
- Establish daily assignments and ensure necessary tools, supplies, and equipment are available
- Perform repair, renovation, and restorative work to buildings, grounds, equipment, and systems
- Assign and assist with general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, floor care, upholstery, window washing, and trash removal
- Ensure required readings are taken and recorded, including air temperature, energy consumption, and water temperature/pressure
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces, and order necessary supplies as authorized
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position or related field
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training preferred
- Ability to perform minor repairs and restorative/renovation work
- General knowledge of mechanical systems and proper use of equipment
- Certification and/or licenses in trades preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
