As a Behavior Consultant, you will work in collaboration with families and other members of the treatment team to design and direct the implementation of a Resiliency plan tailored to each child's and family's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized Resiliency plans for children and families
  • Collaborate with treatment teams to ensure seamless implementation of plans
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to ABA therapists
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and evaluation of treatment outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in ABA and Resiliency-based interventions

Requirements:

  • License as a behavior specialist in the Commonwealth
  • Graduate degree in ABA or related field from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in providing mental health direct services to children, youth, or young adults
  • Completed clinical or mental health direct service practicum
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families and treatment teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children diagnosed with ASD
  • Knowledge of ABA and Resiliency-based interventions
  • Strong clinical and leadership skills
