- Assist patients with daily living activities, addressing both psychosocial and physical needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients to understand their needs and provide appropriate support.
- Support the admission, transfer, and discharge processes for patients.
- Perform basic patient care tasks while adhering to established standards of care.
- Report any changes in patient status to the supervising Registered Nurse.
- Maintain a respectful and dignified approach towards patients and their families.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a certified nursing assistant program.
- CNA Certification or current RN student with proof of two completed clinical rotations.
- Current BLS certification.
- Preferred experience of six months to one year in a related role.
