  • Assist patients with daily living activities, addressing both psychosocial and physical needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients to understand their needs and provide appropriate support.
  • Support the admission, transfer, and discharge processes for patients.
  • Perform basic patient care tasks while adhering to established standards of care.
  • Report any changes in patient status to the supervising Registered Nurse.
  • Maintain a respectful and dignified approach towards patients and their families.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a certified nursing assistant program.
  • CNA Certification or current RN student with proof of two completed clinical rotations.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Preferred experience of six months to one year in a related role.
