Key Responsibilities:
- Drive membership sales to potential clients
- Engage with members to promote retention and satisfaction
- Follow up with leads through calls and texts to arrange studio visits
- Facilitate onboarding for new prospects, offering orientation and answering inquiries
- Participate in lead generation initiatives
- Contribute to studio events and promotional activities
- Maintain studio cleanliness and organization
- Undertake additional tasks as directed by management

Requirements:
- Must possess a vibrant, friendly, and collaborative demeanor, as frequent interaction with members and prospects is essential
- A passion for fitness and wellness is advantageous (prior experience in the fitness sector is a plus)
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
- Strong time management capabilities
- Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English is required; bilingualism is a plus
- Flexibility in scheduling is necessary, with potential for morning and evening shifts

Compensation:
$15.00 per hour. SPENGA is an innovative and fast-growing company committed to delivering the Best. Workout. Ever. to neighborhoods everywhere. With over 70 studios operational and more than 340 territories sold, we are actively expanding our teams of instructors, sales professionals, managers, and operators. Comprehensive training is provided through our Learning Management System (LMS) and in-person sessions with our corporate team.
