Thrift Store Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Thrift Store Associate to join our team at the Idaho Youth Ranch. As a Thrift Store Associate, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission of nurturing hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho's youth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch and provide exceptional customer service to our clients
  • Operate cash registers and credit/check processing equipment with accuracy and efficiency
  • Sort, clean, price, and stock donated merchandise in a timely and organized manner
  • Operate pallet jacks, hand carts, lift gates, and other loading/moving equipment to ensure smooth store operations
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to WOW our customers
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible scheduling
