This is an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation of safety programs, ensure compliance with safety standards, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.

As the Safety Manager, your focus will be on collaboration, engagement, and maintaining a positive safety culture. You will develop and execute our safety strategy, objectives, and training initiatives, ensuring ongoing improvement of the overall safety program.

We estimate this position pays around $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include hands-on training, competitive salary, bonus potential, paid vacation, 0 deductible health plan, 401k with company match, and much more.

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in occupational safety, with demonstrated experience in safety program implementation.
  • Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in leading safety training and managing safety audits.
