Join Our Team as a Practical Nursing Specialist

About Us:

NORTH BEACH REHAB, a premier skilled nursing facility, is on the lookout for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team on a full-time night shift basis from 7 PM to 7 AM. We pride ourselves on our commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and fostering a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Practical Nursing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

· Developing and implementing care plans for residents under your supervision.

· Accurately documenting all patient care activities performed on the unit.

· Monitoring and reporting any changes in patient conditions.

· Maintaining a clean and organized patient/resident unit.

· Upholding residents' rights at all times.

· Engaging in departmental initiatives and adhering to established protocols.

· Performing additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must:

· Have graduated from an accredited LPN program.

· Hold a current and active LPN license in good standing.

· Possess at least one year of experience in geriatric nursing (preferred).

· Obtain CPR certification upon hire or during orientation, maintaining it throughout employment.

· Demonstrate the ability to make independent decisions when necessary.

· Provide high-quality nursing care with competence and knowledge.

· Exhibit excellent customer service skills and a positive demeanor towards patients.
