Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Vice President of Treasury to oversee our financial operations and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Treasury functions, including credit and collections, accounts payable, and overall treasury operations. Develop and enforce company-wide Treasury processes, policies, and internal controls across all business units.
  • Coordinate external financing relationships, managing both new and renewal agreements with banks and other financial institutions. Implement necessary processes and resources for managing debt agreements, credit, banking, and corporate card operations.
  • Formulate and execute the company’s treasury strategy, focusing on cash management, capital allocation, funding, and foreign exchange to enhance financial efficiency and profitability.
  • Oversee the risk management program, including insurance, hedging, and derivatives, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
  • Establish and manage customer credit policies that align with sales objectives while effectively managing risk. Collaborate with the sales team to provide financing options that support sales goals without jeopardizing financial stability.
  • Centralize all cash and wire transactions for tracking and auditing purposes, ensuring proper management of collateral, delayed funding, deal closures, and expense payments. Ensure accurate data flow into liquidity reports.
  • Monitor data exchanges between the Treasury Management System (TMS) and other systems, establishing controls to maintain data integrity.
  • Manage liquidity buffers quarterly to ensure the bank maintains the appropriate level and quality of liquid assets to meet ongoing internal and external liquidity requirements.
  • Develop and maintain thorough documentation for funding and liquidity risk management, including frameworks and detailed procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial planning or accounting.
  • Certification as a treasury professional (CTP) is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in regulatory submissions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in liquidity and funding within a Treasury context.
  • Familiarity with automated reporting tools such as Tableau.
  • Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and a solid understanding of business operations.
  • Excellent communication, writing, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of lending products and bank regulatory frameworks.
