Position SummaryWe are actively seeking a Security Officer to join our team at a prominent shopping center.
Shift: 2 p.m. - 10 p.m. Friday through Sunday
Compensation: Starting at $18.00 per hour, with paid orientation and DailyPay options available for early access to earnings.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing safety and security protocols, adhering to site-specific policies, and managing emergency response when necessary.
- Address incidents and critical situations with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
- Conduct routine and random patrols of the premises and surrounding areas, adapting to varying environments and conditions as required by the client.
- Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed positions; 21 years or older for armed roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience.
- Applicants will undergo a background investigation in compliance with all applicable laws.
- Drug screening may be required as a condition of employment.
- Licensing requirements may vary based on state and local regulations and may need to be fulfilled prior to employment. A valid driver's license is necessary for driving roles only.
