Job Title: Asset Protection Specialist

Nordstrom is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Asset Protection Specialist to join our team. As an Asset Protection Specialist, you will play a critical role in protecting our customers, employees, and assets from theft and other security threats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve theft incidents, including conducting interviews and gathering evidence.
  • Monitor and analyze security footage to identify potential security threats and prevent losses.
  • Collaborate with store leadership and security teams to develop and implement effective security protocols and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to store employees on security procedures and protocols.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a security or law enforcement role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
