Dialysis Clinical Leadership Position

About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Clinical Coordinator to join our team. In this critical position, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in dialysis or a related field. You'll possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor direct patient care staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training
- Collaborate with facility administrators to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information and staff performance
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (R.N.)
- A minimum of 12 months of nursing experience, with 6 months of specialized experience in dialysis or a related field
- Medical/surgical nursing experience preferred
- Supervisory or management experience a plus
- Certified in CPR or willing to complete certification course
