About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Clinical Nutrition Manager to join our team at North Hawaii Community Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Clinical Nutrition program, managing a team of registered dietitians, and ensuring high standards of patient care.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive nutrition plans to meet the unique needs of patients with various disease states.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness, ensuring seamless interactions with hospital-wide medical staff committees.
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the Clinical Nutrition team.
- Participate in interdisciplinary teams to drive patient satisfaction initiatives and achieve outstanding outcomes.

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A master's degree in nutrition or a related field.
- Eligibility for registration as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
- At least two years of acute care experience, with a minimum of one year of lead or management experience.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- A self-starter attitude, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, estimated to be around $120,000 per year, depending on your education level, years of experience, and other factors.
