Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hospital Liaison to join our team at CommuniCare Health Services Corporate. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals to drive referrals and admissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet census goals and increase referrals from hospitals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals at hospitals
  • Perform pre-admission assessments of patient referrals and evaluate patient needs
  • Provide educational resources and support to patients, families, hospitals, and healthcare professionals
  • Monitor marketing activity and track sales performance using CRM software
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing to hospital accounts in the Long-Term Care Industry
  • RN, LPN, LSW, or other medical credentials preferred
  • Established referral contacts and community relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
